Preloved

By using the Preloved platform, users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Be fully responsible for all content uploaded.

This portal serves solely as an intermediary for second-hand sales and is not involved in any financial transactions or delivery of items. All dealings, claims, or disputes are the full responsibility of the users.

The portal does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or validity of any information displayed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Filter, edit, or remove any content deemed inappropriate at any time.

All personal information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

Note: 10% of all sales from Preloved items will be channeled to waqf as part of our charitable initiative.

Lost & Found Items

By using the Lost & Found section, users agree to:

  • Ensure all uploaded information regarding lost or found items is accurate.

  • Understand that the portal serves only as an announcement platform and does not facilitate the return or handover of items.

The portal is not responsible for:

  • False claims

  • Disputes that may arise between users

All lost and found items are managed by the Student Affairs Office (HEP).
Students may view items online, but must claim their belongings directly at the Student Affairs Office.

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or filter any inappropriate content

  • Amend these terms at any time

If a found item remains unclaimed after one year, it will be designated as waqf property for charitable purposes.

All risks associated with using this portal lie solely with the user. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
