By using the Lost & Found section, users are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information uploaded regarding lost or found items. The portal only serves as an announcement medium and is not involved in the handover of items, nor is it responsible for any false claims or disputes that may arise. The return of found items to their rightful owners must be carried out lawfully, safely, and ethically. All lost and found items will be managed by the Student Affairs Office (HEP). Students are only allowed to view the items, and if the item belongs to them, they may claim it directly at the Student Affairs Office. The portal reserves the right to remove or filter any inappropriate content and to amend these terms at any time. If a found item remains unclaimed after one year, the item will be designated as waqf property for charitable purposes. All risks associated with the use of this portal are the sole responsibility of the users, and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
